The current problem that was multiple product teams and individuals were creating redundancy with persona research and development. This created conflict on which data was valid and a non centralized persona focus.
The solution was to provide a searchable databased platform of consolidated persona research. The user would be able to filter, search and create various demographic data sources that their product team and the business would be able to leverage. With doing so, this would help multiple products align to similar personas at a strategic level.
Not only did this improve persona product alignment, product teams were able to leverage new/updated demographic information on their defined persona profiles that may have been provided from other product teams or researchers.
As will other tools within the AT&T research suite, focus was aligned with all visual components and patterns which provided the user familiar interactions with the application.
