The Premier bank platform serves as the foundation on which a financial institution is built, and then it’s surrounded by a host of other value-added banking solutions from Fiserv. As a foundation, Premier is celebrated for its feature-rich functionality, open integration, scalability, flexibility and reliability.
I overall managed and contributed to the user centered strategy of the application for various enhanced features and modernization include user research, prioritization, design, validation, and implementation.
I was able to implement enterprise design thinking ceremonies into the product cycle which contributed to improving the sprint and release cycles.
