Fiserv’s Hosted Checkout Tool delivers a frictionless customer experience. Increase revenue and save thousands of engineering hours with prebuilt payment UIs, easy access to more than 100 payment methods, and Link, Fiserv’s HCT’s one-click checkout. The tool provides complete customization of the client’s payment page to be incorporated in their branding and applications. The solution was to transition clients from static handoff documentation to a drag/drop UI. With this new application, clients are able to preview and customize their hosted payment pages.
I overall managed and contributed to the user centered strategy of the application for various enhanced features and modernization include user research, prioritization, design, validation, and implementation.
I was able to implement enterprise design thinking ceremonies into the product cycle which contributed to improving the sprint and release cycles.
